Attorney Mark W. Griffin focuses his practice on all aspects of real estate law, including real estate closings, land use and permitting, and zoning matters. He is deeply experienced in representing developers, owners and purchasers of residential and commercial properties from both sides, opponent and proponent. With his thorough knowledge of local bylaws and zoning practices, well-honed communication skills, and years of experience, Mark helps his clients do what is needed to see their projects through.

Mark Griffin earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the Massachusetts School of Law in 1996, and he is a member of the Real Estate Bar Association of Massachusetts. Mark enjoys doing volunteer work volunteered at the Custom House Maritime Museum, where he served as its Chairman of the Board of Directors. He previously served as a City Councilor for the City of Newburyport and as member of the Newburyport Zoning Board of Appeals.
